True, in a case, where a client who trusted us and offered us the opportunity to work with them when we just started off.

Unfortunately, it was just a start and we were under the process of mobilizing and organizing things in terms of investments, team building, office space etc. which made it difficult for us to give our 💯% efforts. And the customer left us.

In retrospect, we realized and approached them again with a positive mindset, and offered our services that are all set now.

The customer then gave us an unsolicited feedback and we accepted it and ensured them betterment in the process, and they are ready to work with us again.

Great lesson for us, that an unhappy customer can be the greatest source of learning. Customer Satisfaction doesn’t just come through successful results, but Customers would feel happy to be kept informed, when we can’t deliver the results too.

A constant review and feedback with the customers is a good sign of growth. Hence, we are in the process to review few possible ties and contacts that we lost. We are building a culture of discipline and planning to have a system where we interact with the customers on a regular intervals.
