Working in the start-up space has given me an immense learning experience, that helped me witness all the different phases of the company life cycle. Exposure through donning different hats in the organisation like business development, client acquisition, being part of product and service development, just-in-time management, talent acquisition, taking up responsibilities and challenges, irrespective of the roles assigned.
